This property deserves 4.5 star though it's not a big property however few things you should know before you travel.Travelled with a small kid however everything was available without any trouble. Property: proximity and view through out the day is nice. If you are driving your own car, there is a parking available outside. Food: Food is home made however it has to be ordered prior. Quality of food is nice. Service: Manoj is an amazing person with unique quality of focusing on personal attention to needs. Service may take little long but he will ensure quality.

The staff was so kind and polite, it was a beautiful experience and best customer service. The rooms are really nice. Honestly, I would say this is the place you really want to stay at while traveling. The guy at the reception did tell me his name but unfortunately I couldn't catch it but yeah, a must stay hotel

Extremely good place to stay. We were a family of 9 people. The family room has a good view and good for 4 adults and couple of children. The rooms are very much clean. Food was the best part of the stay even though we tried only veg food. They also have non veg menu. Location is also good around 6 Kms from mahabaleshwar.

How people give such a hyped rating to a horrible place? Stayed oct21 paid ₹1500 per night with name shake breakfast, booked through MMT, room wall scaling off, cupboard damp water mark,Sharp iron strairs quiet dangerous certainly not a family place. Bed linen don't look clean,. Only good part bathroom clean. No proper parking its roadside parking, big vehicle will hv trouble parking & get a complimentary dust powder

If ur looking for room for reasonable price then it's a best option.. You will like the view from the room. Food is good. All food items are homemade and at reasonable price quantity is also good. & hotel is on the main road itself so all the prime location are near by.. AND Mrs Manoj is very helpful.. If you have any query regarding tour then Mrs manoj will show & guide to visit all place

Firstly its location is totally off. Its a roadside house. No ACs in rooms, small rooms and very basic furnishings. There were cockroaches roaming around in the room. The linens were not clean. The photographs are misleading. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear what the person is speaking on the other side of the wall. The view is not at all scenic. The reviews are deceptive. Would never visit this place again and would never recommend it to anybody.

Really good place to stay in reasonable price. Cleanliness is appreciated. Free morning homemade breakfast and Wi-Fi are one of the best services.View from the hotel is really nice. Host is very helpful and humble.

We stayed at Omkar residency which is more of a homestay in a standalone building along the highway. We stayed over the weekend in a family room on 2nd floor - which were two interconnected rooms with a common bathroom. Pros: + Mr. Manoj - the owner, caretaker - leaves no stone unturned to meet your requirements - right from 7am to 11pm! All the credit goes to this hardworking wonderful person! + Rooms are neat, clean, well-maintained and are reasonably charged + Located on the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar road and easy to spot + Hot water for bath available during the morning and generator back up in case of power cuts Cons: - Elderly person might find it a bit difficult to climb the iron staircase if your room is on 2nd floor - If you are light sleeper, you might struggle as it's located just next to the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar highway and the passing vehicles might cause a nuisance Overall, a definite recommendation if you are looking for a budget stay but still don't want to compromise on the quality of rooms and ease of access to highway.
